As usual, any automatic or unattended operation requires a special license from the local licensing authorities and must be coordinated with the operator beforehand. This task is performed by AMSAT-DL on behalf of QARS and Es'hailSat.

When NoVs cost more than a small ham station hardware budget on a yearly basis
I do not see how I can fund this and I am not in the postision to go begging
or building some kind of bloody club. I've had this hardware "donated" to me
to build this network on QO-100 but nobody has thought to ask- how am I supposed
to run it at such costs with the Dutch nederkankers asking a ridiculous sum for
an entry in a spread sheet posted on the new whatever they renamed it to AT website.

I've done the work and built prototype image for RPI4 efficient packet network
using the kit arranged by some generous hams but have left me in the lurch because
I can't actually afford to run it???

This is on top of other life strains at the moment, so I am getting to
the point where this is stressing me out.

I am grateful for the donated hardware but the transaction wasn't one way.

Respectfully,
Not sure what to do next.
PE1RRR. QO-100 Packet Loop 1.

(I have been in tears this last week to put it in perspective with what is
going on here).
