computerised decoding to get:

Note time group is decode time not rx time,? as the tlm was received earlier
this afternoon at the first 66 deg pass over
the uk. I did hear it yesterday; the difference from yesterday was that I
increased the IF gain
on the FCD proPlus until the colour threshold change.
