*offer available to ESA member states and Canada only. Looks a bit like ITAR
in reverse.
However I wonder if there are any eligible organisations in AMSAT-lands who
might want this technology?

NASA reports that on Thursday, February 20, 2014, International Space
Station (ISS) astronaut Koichi Wakata KC5ZTA worked in the Japanese Kibo
laboratory to prepare the second batch of NanoRacks CubeSats for their
deployment beginning next Tuesday, see

Off-topic? Yes. But still a fascinating free look at the power of paranoia
and propaganda over the radio waves.

My current radio is an Icom 706MKII which is a HF/6/2m rig so my satellite
activity would be limited to AO7 Mode A. What is the currently activity
level on Mode A? I am working on improving my 10 meter antenna to receive
AO7 better.
