Michael Kassner mentions AMSAT and the OSCAR satellites in this article on
Iridium GO! which "enables satellite
connectivity for your mobile devices where terrestrial networks cannot."

I know this is a very short notice but I am trying to get all
info together for tomorrow.

On Feb 18 KL4E will be operating from Sand Lake Elementary School
in Anchorage, Alaska. Craig will be operating an HT and Arrow Antenna
from the school with students.

He is doing this for Engineers week. He is the Chair for this year and this
is one of his projects. He is a PE.

I will give you the times and passes for here in Alaska and will
post passes for the week of Feb 26 also.
