Hi to the list,
I am trying to decode the 9600 baud received from the Dongle USB Stick.
Anybody can tell me the procedure and which software I need?
Thanks

How odd! I've had the January QST for weeks. In fact, I think I got it in
December. I remember because I was particularly looking forward to the
article by Mark Spencer, WA8SME, about the inexpensive Az/El rotor that he
showed at the AMSAT Symposium.

Sorry, I think more context is required. Which Dongle? You don't mean the
Funcube Dongle, right? A serial line dongle? If so, what is on the serial
line?

Don?t think the issue was QST (which almost always arrives according to
schedule)?however, CQ?s print publications have been being delivered later
and later over the last year or so. Obviously they?re having problems as
they?ve now shifted several pubs over to electronic form only and I think CQ
itself is their only remaining print publication.

Oh boy...must open eyes and engage brain. Sorry for confusing the issue
between CQ and QST.

Trying to download keps from Celestrak this morning, but the site times out.
Is this a local issue for me or are others having problems (at 1700Z).

CelesTrak is currently down due to ice storm in Philadelphia area that
knocked out power to hundreds of thousands.
