Well, they are already available:
http://celestrak.com/NORAD/elements/tle-new.txt
It is just not called Funcube or AO-73. It is called: 2013-066B, object
39417U

Rick
Thank you for the keps. I was having same problem as others, in that I
wasn't matching up with N2YO's web. But after I loaded your keps I see that
N2YO still is'nt matching up, but I'll go with yours since you decoded.
Thanks John KC0BMF

Hi Mark,
Thank you very much! I had this nasty birdie on the Defli-Next frequency
and after reading your post, I killed my Netgear N600 and WOW, the birdie
on 145.869 is gone :-)
Thank you again!

Just wondering if anyone has successfully captured telemetry packets with
the DUDe software. The satellite has a very strong signal. Unfortunately, I
am not able to get a single useful packet.

There's something very wrong with the N2YO keps, I would not trust them
until they are updated and do not disagree with the original keps by nearly
and entire Pacific Ocean (at the time of this email)...

Stefan and Mark,
90% of the "crud" on 2 metres comes from my Cable Modem / Router.
Lucky so far Funcube and N3XT are in the clear.

If you want to hear garbage on 2 meters, try listening to it in the
middle of the city.
I have to stand in one particular place to have a chance work Europe
on AO-7 when it's dark outside. The light fixtures surrounding the
parking lot and courtyard of my apartment building put out a terrible
static. There's only one spot I've found where I can hear the
satellite at low elevations to the northeast and not hear those light
fixtures.
Trying to pick anything up from my balcony on 2 meters is fruitless.
In addition to countless birdies from every piece of electronic
equipment you can think of (including an S9+40 one right on 145.800
MHz), there's constant S8 broadband static from the building.
Then on 70cm there's the military EPLRS. Luckily that's just annoying,
it doesn't really hurt my ability to copy anything.

Hi all,
Replace the switch mode wall mount power supply with transformer power
supply and coil the extra power cord with ferrite. Most of the common mode
noise can be eliminated. There are still switch mode regulators and
oscillators
inside modem/router/hub that can radiate birdies. Clamp the Ethernet cables
also with a ferrite clamp so there is no more "antennas".

Bob,
the AO-73 Keps are now available from the Celestrak site.
a. Copy the following address to the aux. file Celestrak.SQF (all aux.
files can be opened and edited from menu "?", "Auxiliary Files"):
http://www.celestrak.com/NORAD/elements/tle-new.txt
b. Copy the following line to the file AmsatNames.txt
39417 13066B AO-73
That will convert the Celestrak sat name 213-066B to AO-73. In menu
"Satellites" choose "SatNames", "Use Amsat Nanmes if Available".
c. Copy the folling lines to Doppler.SQF:
AO-73,145934.0,,USB,,,,TLM
AO-73,145960.0,435140.0,USB,LSB,REV,,, Transponder
In menu "Satellites" choose "Sat Groups" and select - for example- the group
"Diverse" to have the sat in a separate list. With "Update Keps" download
the Celestrak file. It will appear in the left list of the menu. Click on
the file name. In the middle list you will see AO-73 with this name. Select
it for the right list and click "OK". The group will later automatically
use the chosen Celestrak file.

Hi all,
New TLE's for the DNEPR launch have been issued, we believe that
Triton-1 is object M.
2013-066M
1 39427U 13066M 13326.98436826 -.00002391 00000-0 -39688-3 0 10

Meanwhile, Triton-1 is still in nominal mode, transmitting AX.25 BPSK on
145.822MHz. Reception reports, especially in case the satellite is in
safe mode (transmitting the safe mode CW beacon) are welcome!

To help us calibrate our receiver system does somebody know the EIRP of the
ISS packet VHF system and the Funcube VHF bacon or any other signal we can
use as a reference?
Thanks

Hello Wouter,
Its 1135 am (GMT) here in Wales ( UK ) and pleased to report that I am
hearing the satellite quite strong with just my "Elk" antenna and Kenwood
TS2000.
Not yet set to record or decode the data but pleased to see the satellite
in is in good health.
Congratulations to the Team.

After some commanding "difficulties" - actually caused by a setup error here
at the ground station, we can confirm that AO-73 was switched into
autonomous mode during our pass on Orbit 32. Your reports are awaited with
interest!

Hi Graham
Transponder switched to eclipse mode OK about mid pass over ZL. Good
signals from the transponder and had a brief contact with VK2MAL.
