Anyone know of a source for ball bearings for the azimuth unit? I've had
a replacement set on back order for a couple of months and I'd like to
get it back in service.

Hi and congratulations again for the FUNCUBE team.
Hi have received AO-73/FUNCUBE with strong signal here in FL11BJ
(Camag?ey City, Cuba) around 0350Z of 22/11/2013, that correspond to
orbit #12.
Equipment here is a J-pole 7m height, homebrew LNA (TKS Domenico !!!),
RTL-SDR with Gqrx > file and the later replayed into dashboard software...
The collected data will be send to HLMS (CO6CBF) to route it to the
warehouse in the internet, because I suffer from the same problem that
him... not direct internet connection here.
73 and will keep track on AO-73

Dear list,
good news from Delfi-n3xt; is in good shape, everything has been deployed
and the batteries are charging!
Telemetry signal on 145.870 (2400bps BPSK) was received on all first 3
passes so far from our university groundstation at TU-Delft. In the 2nd and
3rd pass telemetry was successfully decoded and we have one more 4?El pass
coming up in 40 Minutes.
Reception reports are welcome (you can send them to 'delfi at tudelft.nl')
and the decoding client can be found on
http://delfispace.nl/operations/delfi-n3xt-telemetry-reception !
Everyone here crossing fingers for the other missions as well.

Like everyone else I was caught up in the excitement of FUNcube-1 and
receiving the telemetry.
However I noticed a CW signal which I thought was in the transponder
allocation, subsequent checking identified it as possibly being ICube-1 on
145.947MHz. Seems I made the first reception report!

Nick, we think we picked up CAPE-2 this evening during the 5:48 pm pass
over Michigan. We saw a nice Doppler shifted signal centered at 437.325.
See attached figure. It shows 2 doppler curves centered around 437.325
and around 437.405.

Nice! Maybe that was the CW I saw during the 10:37AM PST pass over LA this
morning. Been at work so haven't had a chance to review the CW and check it
out. Congrats!

Hello!
First a big congratulations to the team around Fun-Cube satellite!!.
This is hamradio in space at its best, with a project from scratch up
to where people are able to receive the satellite data around the
earth with modest equipment.
Very Well done!
A question about power output where we for example can see 403 mW
forward and 259 mW reverse?
It could be interesting with an explanation on what it means for real
in this situation?

PS: last night i had an S meter reading S-7 over noise with my 15dBd
antenna just before LOS. ( LOUD HI!!)

It should be FM, and you must pick up the signal from before the audio
filter. You're looking for "flat unsquelched" in Motorola parlance ;-)
9600bps FSK is generated by modulating the carrier frequency with the
digital bitstream directly, after passing it through a filter to round the
corners off so it doesn't splatter. As such, the frequency response needs
to be flat from DC to whatever the passband of the IF filter is.

Dear All,
First of all, thank you all for tracking FUNcube! We have had quite some
FUN seeing all data coming in into the warehouse.
FUNcube-1 is doing just fine and we continue to track it from the RSGB
