FUNcube-1 was commanded to Educational (high power 300 mW) Mode to raise the
onboard temperature.
It is being left in this mode for at least the next 3 orbits (over USA).

Many thanks Christian.
Now a period of quiet for us as the satellite heads west for several passes
over the USA.
Data has been arriving at our 'warehouse' all morning. Around 15 Countries
so far. It is really reassuring to see all the satellites parameters
updating even when it's on the other side of the planet.

David,
Congrats!! Indeed, how exciting it is for us...so I can only imagine that
you and the team are about to explode :)
I have to run automated this morning, but hopefully the trusty FCDP+ and
SDR-Radio V2 will record the passes (I've been rehearsing for a few
days...). If I get really lucky, my estimates on the decode freq are
close and audio send to the warehouse might actually decode. It'll be luck
if it does...
I'm sure there will be some live feeds.

Hi all,
We have commanded Triton-1 to go to nominal mode, with the radio
transmitting idle flags in between beacon transmissions. So the downlink
will be on continuously unless it switches to safe mode.
Current downlink radio: TRXUV-0
Current downlink frequency: 145.822MHz AX.25 BPSK (so slightly off the
nominal frequency of 145.815MHz)

DSTAR AMSAT users net tonight on REF 60B on W4LET repeater Memphis, TN at

Our new award can be see at http://www.starcommgroup.org/gotgrids.html
If all the people that have made post on the BBS in the last 3 days were to
get on the SSB birds it would be packed and ops could qualify for the award
much faster.
We chose SSB birds because there is much less chance of QRM and if you only
have FM ,well put a new radio on your Santa list LOL. Later next year we
are planning a week event for the 5 in EM55 award
Still working on the rules for this weekend satellite event.

I have all data in the doppler.sqf file. Satpc32 reads the first file. How
do I get to read the second one for a single satellite. Example- I have the
transponder and the tlm in that order for funcube-1, Satpc32 shows the
transponder freq. how do I switch it to TLM?

Just looking at sdr, might order one of these. What is
the most popular windows software to use with it if you
just what to use it as a receiver? LSB USB & digital.
Does Spectravue allow you to do all that?

Vince,
I've been using SDR# with my FunCube Dongle Pro and have been very pleased
with it's performance and the available plug-ins. Here's the site:
http://sdrsharp.com/
And some more info at:
http://www.pe0sat.vgnet.nl/sdr/sdr-software/sdrsharp/
Primarily I've been using it as a panadapter to monitor the first IF of my
FT-847.

Thanks Ken,
That was my next question, hit send on the first email too soon. I
was wondering if anyone was using it with outdoor antenna's & preamp
with any success, or if it's mainly only useful for tapping off
the I.F. on another receiver.
