a big thanks to nick lance, kc5kbo, and his team for organizing the
symposium. the tour of the battleship texas and the tour of nasa were
really great and well organized. we even got to hear a live interview of
frank bauer, ka3hdo, from mission control on nasa tv while we were in
the visitor gallery.

we should do it here again :-) .... real soon

Clayton,

You guys sounded like you were having a great time.
I wanted to be out for the FO29 pass around 0340
UTC, but the rain and lightning that popped up here
ended my rare Monday night radio time. Thanks for
sticking around for a bunch of passes today/tonight,
and letting Hector have fun on the radio!

73!

Hi All,
Just watched the live video streaming of the "ISRO MARS ORBITER MISSION".
Pleased to report a very successful launch and separation of the payload.
It was an excellent launch and very accurate interesting time right up to
the release of the satellite payload.
Congratulations to ISRO and all of those involved in the project - Good
Luck with ongoing project and its long journey to the planet MARS.

The drawback may be the cost 1.35m Euros/kg, see

A big THANK YOU to all who worked to make the Symposium a terrific event.
The panel at the dinner was really good. I lost count of the number of door
prizes handed out after the dinner. Someone worked incredibly hard to
secure so many prizes. It was so nice so have an eyeball QSO with Hector
(CO6CBF). He is a terrific inspiration to all of us who work satellites.

Thanks Again,

73,
-james
