Dear Mike,
We found the south paths with enough elevation in your suggestions.
We plan the following times which start 5.8GHz transmission.
The signal continues around 2 min.
(1) at 12:24:30 on 10th Nov. (UTC)
(2) at 11:32:30 on 11th Nov. (UTC)
According to our calculating orbit software,
the time is little bit delayed.
Please confirm with the latest TLE.
Thank you.

The last time I bought some IRC's I was surprised to find later that
they had an expiration date. So I lost money on them. I would NOT be
stocking up on these unless you really expect to use them up.

There's a brief item about why the USPS is considering discontinuing
IRCs on this week's Amateur Radio Newsline podcast.

Saw this story about the US Army's Space and Missile Defense Command (SMDC)
in Alabama who've built a 3D printer.
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-20269645
I wondered if anyone had any up-to-date news on PrintSat that students at
Montana Sate University were planing to make with a 3D printer ?
The BBC also report on the Interplanetary Internet (Disruption-Tolerant
Networking protocol) trials that took place on the ISS, see

To be honest I'd have thought that PayPal would be a better way of sending
money to get a QSL Card, the costs are lower, it's faster and available in
over 190 countries/regions.
