Still, no one has indicated if these are CARRIER or DIAL freqs?  Since they
are 5 minutes apart,it would sure be nice to simply set the dial and forget
it.

I still have heard nothing.  I am assuming they are carrier freqs and so I
am sitting down 1 KHz.

I am hearing a similar transmission on both 40m and 30m
at the right times, but it doesn't sound like cw.

I'm copying them at 10.145 MHz USB and they show up at 1600 Hz on the
waterfall....that works out to 10.1466 MHz if using CW mode.
