Keps can be found on this website:
http://chibis.cosmos.ru/cyclogr/prepare1/google/index.html
Up in the left corner you can see two small gearwheels.
Just click on them and in the appearing menu you will see the title

So far, all the keps I've used (including the ones from the webpage
below) seem to put RS-39 essentially right on top of Progress M13...
So, at this point--it's hard for me to blame the keps as the reason
for not hearing the new bird this morning.
Anybody have keps that place RS-39 far off of Progess M13??

Dear Nick,
Right now using the latest Keps of Progress M13. Was pretty accurate
for RS-39 as of this morning.
Dear John,
I too noticed that during the third pass over India i.e at 07:30 UT,
the CW signals were there on 435.315 only for few seconds around AOS.
Then, no signals heard during the rest of the pass.
As I mentioned in earlier mails, I copied strong signals for the
entire passes at 04:13 & 05:49 UT.

Yeah, its possible the Keps being used are no longer valid for
RS-39.....I was just having a listen then and there was no Code on
either channel....
I am still curious on the solar voltage of 2.4 volts....
Its heading for the US now...so we will see if anyone receives anything...

Nothing heard on the East Coast of the USA 0830 EST Local time. 87 Degree
elevation pass and I manually tunes around on both frequencies and heard
nothing. The keps could no longer be valid or the solar voltage could be too
low ?? Not sure, still fun trying to hear it.

Hi all....
Yeah, its possible the Keps being used are no longer valid for
RS-39.....I was just having a listen then and there was no Code on
either channel....
I am still curious on the solar voltage of 2.4 volts....
Its heading for the US now...so we will see if anyone receives anything...

Many consider SATPC32 the best.
http://www.dk1tb.de/indexeng.htm
Bullet proof and will work with those OS versions, as well as WIN7. You can
download a fully functioning version, with only a very minor nag, for
testing. If you decide to register it, 100% of the money goes to AMSAT.
The interface and graphics are not as fancy as some, but that has nothing to
do with how it performs.

You can't go wrong with SatPC32. The best thing about the program is Erich
Eichmann DK1TB. He donates all the proceeds from your purchase to AMSAT. He
also provides the BEST customer support of any thing I have ever seen in
the software field. He should at the very least get a satellite named after
him.

AO-27 pass is listed from today at 1810 UTC .. Lots of people walking on

list..
Because there sure are a lot of them who appear not to know what

Thanks Patrick, You and Joe Lowenthal had the same idea and it works for me.
I will make sure that the PL is off and work AO27 only and see how it all
flies. Pass time is for me AOS about 2000Z on the 11th of Feb. AO-27 turn
on will be about 5 minutes later. It will be a somewhat west pass so hope
to be able to work you as K2BSA/5. There is a point mid pass where the two
birds will be pretty close together. One benefit is that SO-50 runs 5-10KC
lower than published so that also might help depending on where the dopler
shift is at the time.
Thanks, 73

This happens periodically, and there's not much you can do about the
downlink. You hope for the two satellites to be in different parts of the
sky, so you can point away from one satellite enough to clearly hear the
other. The uplink is usually a bigger issue, but you can at least know one
thing - if you transmit without a PL, only AO-27 will hear you.
If you transmit with the 67.0 Hz PL tone, you could potentially be heard by
both satellites.
Depending on how the two satellites are passing by, I usually try to work
AO-27 in this situation. It's only on for 7 minutes, generally hears
stations better than SO-50, and its downlink has twice the power (500mW) of
SO-50 (250mW). Transmitting without a PL ensures you are only going to be
heard by AO-27. Once AO-27 shuts off, then I can turn on the
67.0 Hz PL tone and go for SO-50.
Good luck, and 73!
