Great news!
Voice doesn't matter, but be certain to record the telemetry in WAV rather
than MP3 format if you want to post process it.

The ARISSat-1/Kedr transmission test is scheduled to begin at 1915Z. There
is a 15 minute transmission delay, so don't expect to receive any signals
until 1930Z. The satellite transmissions will be in low power mode, which
means that there are no transmissions for 2 minutes (seems like a long time
when you are listening for a signal) and about 45 seconds On, then off again
for 2 minutes. So, during an average 8 minute pass you will probably only
hear 2-3 transmissions periods. FM at 145.95 MHz, CW at 145.919 MHz, BPSK at
145.920 MHz.
Send your reception reports to julytest@xxxxxxxx.xxx

All,
If you are able to make an audio recording of the signals from
ARISSat-1, I would be very interested in obtaining a copy of your
recording. I would be most interested in recordings of the CW and
BPSK signals, but if are able to record the voice and SSTV signals
I would be interested in those too.
If you can make an SDR recordings ( I and Q ) with a Funcube
dongle, FlexRadio, or SDR-IQ, record at the highest rate that your
hardware and software supports. If you are making a regular audio
recording, set the sampling rate to the "highest quality." If you can
choose sample sizes, for example between 8-bit and 16-bit samples,
choose the largest size.
If you get any recordings with any of the signals from ARISSat,
I would be very interested in obtaining a copy even if the recording
is huge.
Save your recordings as .WAV files. Don't use MP3 format and
don't convert the recordings into MP3 recordings. Leave the
recordings as big huge .WAV files.
If your recording can be sent as an email attachment, please
go ahead and send it to dquagliana (at) aol.com. If it's too
big for email, then contact me and I will send you details on
how to get it to me by other means.
