I must have missed the music pass, I did hear a woman speaking spanish
though sounded non satellite related, but these things happen and I
personally do not think it is a big deal. If this were a perfect world it
sure would be boring!

Hello, Sven LA6KJ

The only information I got from the schematic diagrams is that the azimuth
motor for the G5400B is a KR-400 and it is an old model of azimuth rotator
used about 25 years ago as a single azimutal unit.

If you don't have the manuals I can send to you the file.zip for the manuals

Hi Roger, WA1KAT

I have used the KR-400 as a single unit for the azimuth and a
KR-500 as a single unit for the elevation since OSCAR-7 and
provided a preventional maintenance they worked very well for
many years.

I have the manuals on paper and I have modified the control box
of both adding relays and the electronics necessary to command
it with PC for the automatic traking.

In a separate email I have sent to you the electrical schematic
diagrams for the above modifications.

Tanks for the internet address of the manual.

Are you going to Dayton this year? If you do, try to stop by the
CAMSAT and HO68 display at AMSAT booth and say hello. I'll be happy to
meet you. Alan, BA1DU is going to present amateur satellite activities
in China as well as HO68 in AMSAT forum.

I believe this will be the first time that a delegation from China to
demonstrate on Dayton Hamvention. Everyone is welcomed.

The CAMSAT delegation consists of Alan/BA1DU, Ken/BH4REQ, Jin/BA4TA, and I.

After Dayton, we are going to visit Newington on May 24, NYC on 25-26,
and Washington D.C. on 27-30. If you are in these area and interested,
leave me a message to find a good time to get together for a cup of
coffee.

Hey Michael,
Good to hear from you. Any status update on HO-68? Any sign of it coming
back up? Thanks in advanced!

Kind Regards,
Peter VE7NGP
