Bob,

Jon, W6FEL/KH6, is currently on Kauai (BL02) until next weekend. We had
planed a sked for the last months and we finally found a HO-68 pass that
worked for the both of us (visible in both CM87 and BL02 and on FM). This
is a nice bird, thanks, Alan Kung!

Thanks to everybody for standing by to let me finish the QSO. There was only
enough time for one QSO's, so W6FEL/KH6 will be on the next AO-51 Pass
8-16-2010, 02:07Z. He is on a Alinco DJ-G7 with an Arrow antenna, so he
probably has only one minute or two, but the pass is visible to the west
coast.

If HO-68 can be turned on over KH6 in FM mode for the next 4 days then Jon
can do more QSO's (just a thought).

I hope this helps,

73,

Andreas, N6NU

Is anyone using using SatPC32 to steer an FT-897? I am trying to isolate an
issue that I am having with my setup and I am wondering if someone could
contact me off list to troubleshoot my set up.

Thank you in advance.

Gordon West and my sat demo at the Orange County Fair earlier this month was
written up in the ARRL Southwestern Division's newsletter ...

Either just the four "relevant" (g) four pages -or- the entire 16-page
newsletter are available for download on the DOCS page at ...

http://www.k6lcs.com

It's the fifth or sixth doc down the page.

CQ Magazine has also accepted our article proposal - watch for it in an
upcoming issue!

I am trying to program some satellite frequencies into my TM-D710.
Has anyone had any luck with programming a cross band split into the
memory? I was able to do this with my VX-7R and assumed that all radios
would support this.

If not possible, how do the D710 users in the group operate the birds?

Thanks in advance,

Reid N0RC

I'm using both VFOs as in uplink on left side and downlink on right side.

thanks all those that emailed me with suggestions for the contact.
