Don't want this to turn into a political rant thread ... But as I peruse the
biographies of the fine folks who are running for AMSAT's BOD, I wish the
current board would just quickly meet and vote to increase the number of
board members to accommodate ALL the candidates. What a marvelous amount of
talent and experience ... It will be a shame to exclude ANY of these fine
people.

Just Clint's opinion, of course.

Clint, K6LCS

Hi All,

No one in the Memphis area heard the low pass of AO-51 around 2053Z today.

Is it down? or are we in a "black hole" in BBQ town USA?

73,
Rick WA4NVM

Hi Rick,

Something is amiss. I caught the tail end of the pass and didn't have to
time to figure it out. I did try sending transmitter ON commands, but doubt
they got in...

I'll catch it next pass over eastern US.

73,

Mark N8MH

Thanks Mark for the quick responds. I hope it goes well and not a software
load.

CU on the birds,
Rick
