I had intended to use the tone access on V/S this week. Although the PL
will not PTT the S transmitter, the quiet carrier makes the downlink
easier to find, and there are not so many users to make that type of PL
access problematic. However, the V/S entry in the automatic scheduler
does not include PL, and since the scheduler is now what is making V/S
possible, there is no PL.
Long story short, we intended to, but couldn't due to a change in
procedure. I'll fix the Command Team webpage right now.

In the spirit of the Dayton $5000 challenge I am offering on Ebay my AMSAT
framed stamps.? 100% of the proceeds go to AMSAT.? I expect nothing less
than a spirited bidding battle for these stamps.
