Hi, All - I'm making travel plans to attend the 2010 Spring CubeSat
Developer's Workshop (
http://www.cubesat.org/index.php/workshops/upcoming-workshops). This would
be my first time, and I would appreciate pointers on where to stay, how to
get around etc.
Regards,

I've used one for years, I think the proset-plus, which has the dual
element. The adapter is the yellow Yaesu, I don't have the part number in
front of me.

Using BM-10 here with DX cartridge. I also use the yellow Yaesu adapter.
With another adapter, I use it with my Flex-5000. With no adapter you
can connect it to your computer microphone input and mix or what not and
then drive your rigs from the computer audio output with a resistor divider.

For some reason, the '736 is not specifically mentioned on the Heil products
page for headsets.

SO ... Stick with the very specific combinations that others here will give
you, or call Bob Heil or Chip Margelli at 618-257-3000.

I use the Heil Proset-Plus and love it. Work great. I use the adapter also
with no problems.

I didn't hear anything from the last SO-50 (16:08 UTC) pass a few minutes
ago. Is it my equipment or was it off?

Hi all,
I didn't get a response the last time I asked, so I'll try again, slightly
differently.
What TNC or TNC-like equipment do I need to listen to BeeSat at 4800 bps? I
have a TS-2000, yagi antenna, rotator, and KAM-XL, but the KAM-XL can only
do GMSK at 9600 bps.
Thanks in advance for your time,
Nate KC2SVI

It would be the same for hte FT-847, which I also use regularly.
AD-1Y appears to be the right part.

Dave,
I was on the last SO-50 pass. Only contact was with WC7V. The
Satellite sounded
good.

My son Willem just showed me this video:

(set to full screen and 720p HD)
Most likely there are more videos like this, but I liked it very much.
