Whether scrolling worked for me in XP, seemed to depend on the system it was
running on or perhaps the mouse + driver. On the system I am typing this, it
did not initially work and the solution suggested was to use 'Wheeler'.
I have no idea whether Wheeler might be compatible with Vista, but you can
download it and/or contact the author at http://www.eluent.com/wheeler.htm
