Hi all,

Again I have something to add, very much a tragedy regarding the German
Enigma coding machine. Every effort was taken to ensure the Germans would not
discover the code was broken, if they had it would render Enigma useless and
they would move on to another code, back to square one. Britain learned of
the impending bombing of Coventry and Prime Minister Winston Churchill was
faced with the most difficult decision of his life, save Coventry and reveal
the secret, or do nothing and continue to decode valuable information. As
this information was crucial to winning the war Coventry was sacrificed for
the greater good of Great Britain. I have the greatest sympathy for the poor
man, the greatest PM Britain has ever known, surely this decision weighed
heavily upon him for the rest of his life. This is war and in war sacrifices
must be made, sometimes at the cost of many lives so that many more may be
saved.
