STRIKE A BLOW FOR COMMON SENSE! By now we all know the RIAA has taken the
piracy issue to new levels of stupidity. What makes sense are laws
prohibiting the distribution of bootleg copies such as the crap that
results from someone sneaking a recorder into a concert but we've been
recording it off the radio and sharing tapes for years, it's the Internet
that bothers them and nothing else. The judge is right, copyright
violations via anonymity is nearly impossible to proscecute and the jokes
about the police van hauling kids off to jail are just that, jokes.
