I was interested in the 'ENRON' story.

It reminded me of the announcement on Rusian news at the start of the
current problems, that two senior emplyees of a pair of rip of Russian
banks had been put in jail for fraud.

If it can happen in Russia, why can't it happen here and in the US.

Our government bailed out the worst banks with public money which left
them free to carry on conning.

It sounds as if the US did something similar - yet we all have fraud laws
which operate when a minor individual cons someone, especially a company,

Why doesn't it happen with the BIG companies and banks ?
