Hi Ken and all,

I understand you being upset with someone pirating your callsign, but other 
stations must understand this:
"...if you hear the pirate thats using that call,tell them were to shove there radio."
That is very much against FCC Part 97 Rules and Regulations, quite likely 
those of other countries as well. The rule I can't quote word for word, but 
it comes under the heading of prohibited communications with an unlicensed 
station. If it is a pirate it is considered unlicensed, any communication at 
all is a violation.

Just notify Ofcom so if the pirate does anything that may put your license in 
jeopardy you're covered with them knowing it's not you. So other stations 
don't put their licenses in jeopardy they should simply ignore him.
