Hi Mike and all,
I'm confused on the "callsign default filters" part, being unfamiliar with
tye== <oops> the term I couldn't have used it. Having been remote sysop of
the regional (CNJ) node/BBS I must have seen directories in FBB for filtering
out words, just that it's been quite a few years so I have forgotten the
software structure.
"You replied to your own question, !I haven't seen that in years!"
You lost me on that one, but I do have this certain knack for replying to
myself. Just don't tell anybody, if they toss me in the loony bin I'd drive
them sane.
"...the call sign did slip on my part, I am not Infallible."
Now if my guess is right you're referring to the CB stuff that showed up here
a while back, frankly I had no idea who was responsible nor do I really care.
You seem to have taken something as an accusation, sorry, I certainly never
mean things to be personal attacks. That's REALLY bad form! It's happened
before and one time had everybody in an uproar, I can see how things happen.
First, with internet (Telnet protocol) forwarding things can bleed across
platforms. Then callsigns are very similar for some odd reason mine back in
the day KMD7606 was patterned after Part 90 to avoid confusion with Amateur
(and probably not to annoy them too much since the FCC stole 11M from them).
(;->)
"...the Sysops including my self are doing a good job..."
We most certainly agree on that, grateful users salute you! <fire>
