The NTS Indiana Forum scheduled for the Fort Wayne Hamfest on November 16,
2013 is going to present as its central theme, "The Future of Packet/Digital
Traffic Operations Within Indiana". NTS-Indiana is taking this opportunity
to personally invite all SysOps in Indiana and surrounding states to this
forum. It is the goal of NTS Indiana to try and evolve a state wide
packet/digital capability for the passing of formal NTS traffic as well as
emergency communications using these modes.
While our program has been confined to around 30 minutes we hope to present
the current status of packet/digital operations and the potential network that
could be realized.
We would like input from all SysOps. This is not going to be a technical
session for the "geeks" among us but try and see where we need to fill in the
network so it can be fully utilized throughout the state. Your expertise is
sincerely solicited.
