Hiya,
I was very sorry to learn that a YL in TAS is no longer
working us as her BBS is no longer and it occurred to
me to ask is there so few BBS in Australia that we lose
one of our finest contributors?
Like her, i too live in the stix and had to search hard
to find a BBS with acceptable and secure cnveyance of
pkts. My Sysop is about 750 miles from me if at home in
France and about 200 miles or so if in England.
There must be a BBS within distance of Tasmania. Having
said that i have used BBS in Canada and France from
worldwide areas. I do hope P will pass this info onto S
and she can then rejoin us using Telnet.
