I also use the DMZ feature on my ADSL modem to allow IPIP-tunnelled
amprnet traffic to pass. You can't use NAPT (Network Address/Port
Translation) because an IP packet has no concept of a "port" -- this
concept only exists in the L4 transport layers UDP and TCP. There is
no UDP or TCP involved in IPIP encapsulation.
