Petty bickering is not my cup of tea and my caustic comments are good
natured kidding around, by now the frogs have realized that and we have a
handy little game of froggy ping pong from time to time. As for the
helping I help when I can by answering questions I have at least some
knowledge of.

There is one who does and his signature tag is "Why don't you send an
interesting bul?" Well gee, some people think mine are interesting, some
think they're rubbish but that's the way it goes. (;->) More to the
point, I and if I may speak for others believe most don't post technical
articles is because they're readily available elsewhere as are those
posted by the one (my memory stinks) who does. I'm just not a copy and
paste artist and copying from memory... well, that's part of my
disability so thinking off the top of my head mostly produces frogs.
As for your last comment; "There isn't one of those mentioned earlier in this posting that isn't
capable of doing (stop bickering, start helping) that." I must strongly
disagree. Well, maybe where Andy G0FTD is concerned since quite frankly
he has a split personality, he's one person on the Internet and perhaps
I'm hoping that's the real Andy and quite another on packet but with a
few notable exceptions I'll call moments of lucidity. As for the dour
Scot I have no idea if he has a good side but I surely hope he has.
Notice I don't mince words, my most notable traits are truth, honesty and
candor, I tell it as it is and name names. Now if any think I'm insulting
that's fine by me, just remember truth only wounds the guilty and all but
the insane are capable of change. I'll say one thing in Andy FTD's favor,
he's a wellspring of knowledge, experience and advice rather like a
walking encyclopedia of Amateur Radio and for that I admire and respect
him. Hey, Andy, if a friend won't point out your faults who will and if
nobody does will you ever be aware of them? If you're unaware can you
change or will you just blindly forge ahead in error?
There you have it, I'm not a copy and paste artist, I answer what
questions I can and generally help in whatever way I can even if it means
a crack upside the head to get someones attention so to speak. In my way
I support packet and Amateur Radio friendly to all and having anamosity
to none (not even the dour Scot, hi).
Hey people, aside from operating in the public trust Amateur Radio is a
hobby and as with any it's for fun and enjoyment, not to be taken TOO
seriously so lets cut the crap and HAVE FUN!
