Hi Phil and all,
Since you want to know if the LEDs have built in limiting resistors why not
KISS? That is keep it simple stupid, seems we have an engineer measuring
voltage drop and plotting graphs BUT overlooking the common ohm meter. An LED
is electrically an ordinary diode having low resistance forward and high
reverse so just measure them. The diode itself having about 0.2V drop forward
has very low resistance that may be discounted, if there is a resistor in
there you'll read the value with the meter.
