Today at 12:45BST, GB7CIP had a Hard Disk Failure. Reporting Unrecoverable
Blocks/Sector.
I spent most of the aftrenoon, evening +, attempting to recover these damages
areas and failed.
recovered the variable changed date to another system.
Restored the last backup image taken in April 2013 to a replacement had disc
and applied the changes as this morning.
Carried out further system checks.
Hopefully no data is lost. though have reduce number off bulletins listed
during the recovery phase.
Appologies for any inconvience caused due to lack of access to GB7CIP
during the periond 12:45- it has been a long day!! 17.5.2013 now
