Yes XS downloads Bulletins ok using Winpac in Auto mode but Winpac locks
up when uploading PN or Bulls.
A placard comes up at the moment the upload starts, announcing that
Winpac received unexpected data!
Although it may have sent the upload is not acknowledged by the send
icon closing!, So the lockup leaves the Bull to be sent still active and
will resend it at the next auto session!
It is therefore necessary to delete this waiting to be sent bull, by
going into Windows explorer and manually deleting either the bull or PNL,
in order for the send icon to close.
