Communication was done by ham radio operators becouse everithing else
did not work anymore.
Then that worked was HAMRADIO and when ever a new disaster takes place here
in The Netherlands we have DARES Dutch Amateur Radio Emergency Service.
This is a group of hammies spread to the country who can setup a emergency netwerk
in a couple of hours that reach the whole country.
Nice to know if something bad happens :)
