Hello Tony VK3API and others reading along....

That was quite a posting, as this summer past, Maria and I were
at a family home in Indiana. Seemed we left our normal summer
for disaster land, as their temperatures were 100 plus, then all
grass turned to something else, well browned and dead.

All rivers if not dried, were well below levels, and the lake
nearby was way down. Markers showed a good 40ft.

Inside the house where we spent many a day, until evening, we
were lucky as the AC was on.

We do get a regular report of Australia, and the fires and the
heat, and somehow this is happening many places. If someone
somewhere gets RAIN they get more then their measure. Same
with snow and temperatures as we here Tony have been lucky
so far the winter was mild, mild enough too see spring flowers
and buds. Then a few days ago... the temps took a dive...you
could feel it, and now we sit tonight going to -16c and more
SNOW. Bad enough I had to shovel it....tomorrow again.

I wonder what happened somewhere to screw up the WX patterns.
Maybe a erruption of a volcanoe or what??? I have no ideas.

YOU get the HEAT and flame...I get the COLD and want flame
in the fireplace to keep warm. Funny.

Best regards Tony...
                      73 Pete VE3WBZ
