Hi everyone,
Something of minor interest, as far as the US at least is concerned as
previously stated Amateur Radio is not protected under privacy law and I
suspect copyright as well. The internet however DOES fall under copyright law
but it's another grey area. Anything posted on the internet be it text,
image, audio or whatever sort of file is automatically copyright by the
author. There is however stricture, one may not quote verbatim or use an
image, audio file or whatever for COMMERCIAL purposes. Private use has no
such stricture so I often send such things as e-mail attachments with
impunity. What somebody on the other end of the intertube does with it is not
my problem.
Don't go for help, no one will heed you.
