Thanks to all who gave their opinions.

Now here's a novel idea....

Since so many BBS's now totally ignore the @field for its original purpose
of specifying a distribution area, why don't we use it to specify whether
or not we want our bulls to stay on RF?

eg. SB ALL @ RFONLY

Theoretically the internet BBS's could prevent those from being made available
on the internet.

But then again, the field would probably continued to be ignored anyway.
