I have seen some Japanese language bulletins, but they
appear on my screen as gibberish. Does anyone know
what sort of encoding they are using, and how I can
get the kanji/kana to display properly? I am using Linux,
and generally connect to my local BBS using the "xfbbC"
or "call" clients.
