Hi Ian and all,

With all those versions of PR about and finally haven understood the
Aussie version I think I'll leave it at that. (;->)

As far as the EU goes like the States it has its advantages but
considering the law of supply and demand plus transportation logistical
costs a common market sure would be a managerial nightmare. I don't know
about "twice as much" but prices here vary considerably, add varying tax
rates and in some states no sales tax sometimes on a high price item it
pays to shop out of state. Well, that's the way it goes.

Hmmm, I too like areas frequented by the locals but the good thing about
the US is most still speak English believe it or not. (;->) Good luck on
Greece but I don't understand how pronunciation has changed unless
accompanied by a change in spelling. The good thing about the language is
unlike English that confounds even the natives and European laguages with
their pronunciation keys each Greek character has a specific sound so if
you can say it you can spell it and vice versa. Yeas, low prices because
tourism is the main industry, overall a poorly constructed economy with a
lot of outside pressure to change so strike while the iron is hot.
Speaking of hot, the best way to find out about the weather is go to the
source. Things look pretty good in Athens for the forseeable future,
just Google "athens greece weather" and choose your site.

Yeah, "mutt" has a number of meanings and I caught on to yours pretty
easily. (;->) I have no idea why UK Blacks would celebrate Obama's
election, he's not their president. They sure did here understandably
and you're right, race has a lot to do with the cult of personality
over brains in an election. With an election coming up it's back to
the fore along with religion and so much Bible thumping it thunders.
I must be one of the minority who doesn't give the hind end of a rat
about such things, it's policy that matters, policy determines the
future. Heh, Hillariously Clinton has more power than people realize
being an ex First Lady, the power behind the throne.

Actually hamburgers are quite good when you make them yourself,
at least you know what you're eating. Frankfurterly I have a big
distaste of mystery meat so I've been avoiding hot dogs and lunchmeat
for decades. There is only one good hot dog I will eat however and
that's Hebrew National which is Kosher of course. I'd not refuse
anything Kosher or Halal because I know it's healthy, religion
has nothing to do with it.

That reminds me, if you do get to Greece you'll love the food!
