So. Voyager II carried amessage from Pres Jimmy Carter, the least
remembered US Pres: Perhaps it would have been better if they had sent one
of the speeches or Our Prime Minister, Margaret (Mad Maggie) Thatcher.
Any alians hearing this would definitely stay away. No risk of
Independense day there.
