Hi Bob and all,
To begin with, four of "us" left is not germane to the issue. Selective
reading? Very much so, I scan down the bulls list and only of interest to
me. Yes, I only see what I want to see and disregard the rest. Yes again,
I may even respond to some other comments in a more positive manner since
they're positive to begin with BUT I "point the finger" at you because
you're negative and at the center of attention. You're either stirring
the pot or whipping a dead horse, always starting something, always
whinging about something that is of little to no concequense.
I made that sarcastic comment because of your draconian rules regarding
Amateur related material, you've been around long enough to know that BY
FAR the percentage of non-Amateur communications is greater than Amateur
related technical discussions and the like. The term "rag chewing" comes
to mind. Remember your rants about "forbidden subjects"? To borrow a
phrase, it's always something.
Eh, never mind VK6UU, I have many such web sites bookmarked so I can
"learn more about me and Amateur Radio" with the click of a mouse. Well,
maybe not you, I've learned quite enough right here. (;->) BTW, you
remind me very much of one of your arch enemies, Andy Foad (callsign
escapes me at the moment) from the UK, a classic Jeckyl and Hyde. You're
both Jeckyl on the internet and Hyde on packet or at least he WAS on
packet as half of the infamous The Two Andys. Pardon me if I retitled a
British TV show, The Two Ronnys.
OK, enough is enough, now that I have explained the core of the matter in
the sincere hope you now understand someone ELSE'S definitions of Amateur
and non-Amateur I'll leave you alone, you either get it or you don't. Off
I go to e-mail for some mullies and prawns and a fruitless search for
bass in WA. (;->)
