I believe you have missed the point Warren. An amateur radio facility is
being swamped with non-amateur bulletins with up to 100 of these bulletins
coming in every day. What is the point of sending endless 7plusses of the
same flowers over and over for at least a year, maybe longer? It has
become harrassment for the amateur users of packet most of whom seem to
have got sick of it all and pulled the pin?

dumb terminal software we had effective filters, between our ears. The 
long and the short of it is just because it's up on the BBS you don't 
have to download it.
