Re filters, Winpac does not have a filter for headers with telnet.
Its filters are to stop auto download expansion of selected subject
headers,
The point is that it is very tedious to scan down the pages of flack,
to see if there is a header of merit to download, with the possibility of
missing and losing one, when doing the daily block delete!
