Hello, whiners, complainers, and the rest.... as that , I guess
covers the dinos.,

Seen compalaints about folowers from Japan, to SWPC's sent by
CX2SA < maybe> to others posting comments sorry I agreed to,
and got a chuckle but never responded as well what else was
worth repeating????

This morning, and I guess we'll hear again the nags or natters
on about that "VE" sending out WX, I guess by their posting
to the WW <World> but no mention in their posts, that the
"VE" which seems to be VE9MPF is addressing theses WX bulletins
in his area, as WX @WXNB <@WXNB means New Brunswick>.

It goes from there to, been snatched by another bbs, who throws
it to the world. Instead of coming down on VE9MPF cowards,
why not locate the problem of it being sent to the world and
leave the snears at the door, with some constructive efforts.

This morning on the BBS I use was this interesting titbit
that I read as coming from VE3WBZ. Huh? ..Hey! Thats ME!

And so at that BBS   VA2BAL ...the again message;

> To : SORRY @WW

So at VA3BAL BBS when it finally responded I did the old command
L< ve3wbz

> Msg# TSLD Dim To @ BBS From Date/Time Title (LC-choice: *)
> 126618 B$ 706 SORRY @WW VE3WBZ 0415/2336 H. 9 paneles solares 10W.

There it was, as I had done it ....but then here it gets interesting
as the HOME BBS was VK2DOT which ...well I know I don't use.

I will be asking the sysop of VA3BAL BBS, if there is an Internet connect
for obvious reasons.

I also looked up the two email addresses given, and found not only
some clues, but under other callsigns, this person has posted to
Packet Radio under other calls, ....Topic @ .... and maybe the
same message title or something else, and reams of useless stuff.

I asked Angela PE1BIV's permission to use her nice tagline that sums
it all up, as well sort of sick of Internet and the hams that connect
us via Internet to allow this to happen.

Another reason for secure communication, I send my emails and packets
when I need them to be secured, zipped in another format, and on the
other end, they either have the software and reader for it, or they
are SOL. On Packet to ID my messaages, I also have a logging system
that works the same as other security and it works, as Now Packet to
me is just a nice trashcan.

So don't worry, thank your local Hammie CB-type clubs for their
pushing to mate Ham Radio with the Internet to screw it all up
royally. It is not worth using or even consideration for their
Emergency type Communications.

IF you really want a system, re-develope as a "few" have started
posting, RF systems, leaving "TG" the Interneter Packeteering Hams
OUT...way OUT.

I "RF" to Toronto, and other places, NEVER ever since we started
our secure system, have we had bogus users, or postings, and while
monitored it is working....just for this reasons and examples.

What is coming back is the Pre-Internet BBS system and dial-up and
networking. Given what I see on the Internet and the mess now
infecting Packet Radio ... not going to worry too much.

I hope the sysops here in Ontario, read my posting, and consider
what I am hinting at too.

73 Pete VE3WBZ

P.S. - Never heard of this on the CB Packet system.
