I am not condemning ATV or SSTV. I have transmitted ATV on 70 cms and I
tried SSTV with a friend of mine long before ROBOT. I got the pictures by
programming my Commodore 64 and using one of the amateur programs of that
time Digicom?? It is a very long time ago. Warren, there is not much I
have not tried in nearly 60 years as a ham including DSB before SSB
arrived among us.. I won't go any further lest I be accused again of being
a teacher.
Sending pictures and endless repeats of the same pictures is amateur
related??? To me it is flack and judging by the comments I have seen on
here some others agree with me. There is nt much moredepressing for me
than to start up packet and find 30 7pluses all of the same flowers taken
from various angles.

Cheers,
Bob VK6BE.

With the exception of Today In History all else is Amateur related, even
the flowers. When you condemn 7+ you condemn other image modes as well
such as ATV and the ever popular SSTV that has been around since the days
of ROBOT and that cute little orange CRT that nearly faded by the time
the image was complete.
