Thats the ticket, so to speak Roger, and you do what you can at your
rate, no pressure, oh this sounds like one of our TV sales pitches
but also the medical supervision too, if you want your choice.

With Maria away and walking in Brasil between seeing family and a load
of our friends, she is way ahead of me in the cycling, and walking
if we went co-ed hahahahaha. I have the GNWB thru in the front room
so I can watch the stuff on the tube as I peddle my promised 5 minutes.
I wish I could just peddle until...well I am ready to get off ..if I
could.

You are right Roger, about the legs. I feel it better there despite
the crackled knee. One of our fellows emailed me to let me know
that it tones up muscle so I guess you are both right on.

Aaah don't worry about that Roger. Everyone I think would agree
with you, along with a few sayings of their own too :)

Same here, even the lake is free of ice, except for around the
shoreline. No Ice fishing this year, and perhaps a way to give the
fish there a chance. Not good news for other parts of North America
as I see them getting blasted. Also some pretty bad accidents.

Right on again. Never a time went by on the farm, where there
wasn't complaining, and always an eye on the weather, so the lack of
moister in the spring, is something to consider. BUT... then farms
are dwindling, as developers have to buy'em up to build homes on
prime argicultural lands, which takes away from the ability to grow
food. They aren't too bright in Canada, when this item is brought
up at planning meetings. Bottomline MONEY now...no long term plan.

Yeah as a farm hand and growing but on the farm...yeah Roger I love
to bitch alot over this and other things, looking for constructive
thought and the all important answer.

Well Roger ... since you might be further north in location we were
I think warmer and had rain...but now this latest wave from the Artic
has us in snow...not as much as I thought was coming...so very glad
to be able to GNWB'it in comfort then some slippery road full of those
SUVs that have 4 wheel drive ...but are always on the news in a crash
or the ditch. And well they can not hit you on the bikes which happens
here. I find Canadian drivers are true idiots in their false security
with so-called winter tires and a 4 wheel drive "S" ...oops "U"seless
"V"ehicle ...

I am more afraid for my cousin in Indiana, as she is safe behind the
wheel at 75, but then the WX and roads, and her doing her community
thing helping other seniors.

See you next time, Roger, the best to the YL, and a peddling I go...
