Hi Roger and all,

If you saw Good Morning Vietnam you heard "a little light in the loafers"
before. Then there is the most memorable Robin Williams quote in the
whole movie...

Funny you should say the storms pass either north or south, around here
it's that way most of the time so it's not at all unusual. Maybe it's me,
they did that when I lived in the northern part of the state. Maybe it
has something to do with electricity and all the shocks I got over the
years. I've absorbed so many electrons I qualify as a cation and
lightning is afraid of me.

Freezing extra veggies for the winter? Whatever happened to the good old
Mason jars in the root cellar? Flasback to my youth when a friend's
parents did just that, back then I never heard of a home freezer unless
the furnace failed. (;->)

How much you eat is of lesser importance than what you eat and how many
times during the day. Of course you should cut down a bit, but if you eat
lower calorie meals, more than 3 and space them out hunger shouldn't
drive you crazy and drive you to stuff your face. Nobody gets fat on
institutional meals and snacks so think around those lines. Oh, say hello
to the mall rats for me, especially the MILFs and cougars.
