Hello Roger and Patty, Warren and all ....everywhere ....;
I like the WX you are having, as it has arrived here, along
with some interesting T-storm cells, and WX warnings...
I am going to be further back in time, getting, or even trying
to think about the lawn mower. I see some flowers, but the
lawn is still a bit brown. Rake time, to rake the winter
leftovers out.
I got my HF wires up, and thanks to local CB'ers I am back
on my HF haunts like 3755, as well a checkin on the YL net
on 14.332.

Question Roger about where you have the tension and distance?
I am at tension #6 and never thought I would get that high
and my problem ,also is trying to figure out if I am metres
or Km, or ...well I know it isn't miles .... and then I
am only allowed 5 minutes on the GNWB.

We are today... C$ 1.25:6 /litre so ...well in gallons
comes the conversion to the Imperial Gallon ...and I don't
need to be anymore depressed with that aspect of life.
Our trips out are a matter of killing many birds or appointments
and stopovers on the same trip...gone are the days of a
casual drive, and of course with pension....well hahahaha.

Yeah Roger. I think you will get a few agreements if a poll
was taken. I used to drive to Toronto 55miles one way to work
as I could not afford to live in the city, and well it wasn't
good for health, but I know my fuel bill was big for the commute
and well maintainance on the car....so now...I would not want
to guess if worth the trip.

well I know who Warren is trying to get going again....
Via the JNOS system I actually got to your BBS Roger to keyboard
with Billie KB0WSA, which was loads of fun...but ... dummie me
I have not found my way back to it, as Billie told me there was
a net on their BBS system at night....
