Hello Warren, and other OM'ers ....everywhere.... draw close
and lets blab....

 OOOOOooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooohhh !!!! Such cutting
words...and for my sake. I am moved <g> ... But to be fair to
all reading along, well there you have had your say.

Only thing is...while I am in sports-mode...I don't watch TV...no
need to. I am on the bike, mind focused on what I need to do.

As explained before., I can find no way inside like the older models
to put that generator on ....if I could ..YES...and that would be
fun. Peter Energy, as opposed to solar or wind energy or your
nature gas <g>.

> So am I a practical man or what?

YES ...

I like your abverviation for the bike <GSWB> and I will have to
remember that one. YES an alternative to getting the moobubble
out and well gas is now at ...$ 1.27/litre so going out has to
be a real ruote to accomplsih things, and then comes in the older
saying "Killing more birds with the same stone" One throw...
mnay things done.

As for Maria's health food...well that is a natural staple for that
country, eaten by her people...long before the europeans arrived.

When I cook, every 2nd or 3rd day..I cook knowing to separate into
portions. I drink a lot of water too....

TV time ? I don't need TV time, and there is only one or two items
I really watch. For me, TV is a waste of time.

> flab off so you won't have to bust your butt earning some TV time? Yeah,
> not only am I practical but a bit of a fitness trainer too. (;->)

The Warren Show ....live from the beaches of New Jersey... Bennie-free
...mmmmm...has a ring to it.

> As for me, due to some health issues that have once again taken
> priority I can't go whole hog and get all the excersise I need...
> oh well. What annoys me is I'm gaining weight again so I keep a

> frequent rest stops on my bike but like Ned Kelly supposedly said
> before they hanged him; "That's life."

Yes... the above was summed up by Ned Kelly's "Thats Life." or so
they say. But Warren ... thats where via this mode I am all for
peer support, and while we battle each other, and some are rather
rude and all... I don't want to see anyone suffer, or passaway
and ..well I understand your struggle. I think most on here as
well, even as they kid me or each other..along the way.

The funny part I get from the medical community..is...you can not do
this. Another part says you need to do this...but then I ask ..HOW?
when I am advised not to by Dr. <.......> and then no answer...so
bottomline is I take a chance. I was told no more skating, no hockey
no sailing, and no bike and well it seems with age, comes all these
restrictions, and well???? SO I went to the GNWB ...5minutes by
request and promise to Maria. Ok...satisfied with that...but I would
like to ride the GSWB...but then the possible injurys. SO that will
have to be a controlled area. I don't know...need the bike ready to
go before I have to get to that point.

I do know where Ned Kelly was....that was one of those packet feuds
or a part of it. Ok famed Ozzie Bandit.

All sayings have a real begining....
