Hello Fellow OM'ers .... Greetings :)
Well so far on the GNWB, I have not cracked the 1.0mile yet
sticking on .9 ...as well for calories ....well "only" 58 the
tops so far into the month, with the new tension setting moved
up to # 6. Again bottomline is it is working, as I couldn't
do it at 5...and now here I am at 6 for this month, moving higher
eveery month, until I run out of settings, then perhaps on a
monthly statisitc I might see improvement, even if I know there
is getting this far. Even Maria , checking in via Skype to
make sure I am only doing my 5 minutes, is happy with results.
With the sprin WX...the next project is to get some new rubber
for my 50year old bike, and get-a-peddling.
Hope everyone is doing "ok" ....
