Helllo all OM'er everywhere...and of course the monthly
report for March 2011 ...
Well still with the GNWB ... and as reported last time
I upped the tension from position 4 to # 5. The first
few days at that setting, had a drop in results, for my
5 minutes of peddling and going nowhere fast. I am
satisfied by results, as by the end, it seemed like
my numbers eneded up for tension 5 ..like tension 4.
I hope everyone, is still at it... and of course doing it
with medical supervision, as one never knows if one has
to go in...for some adjustments and being banned from the
GNWB. I was looking for the other months, as I also
did this 22days out of 31 days for the month of March.
I will have to look'em all up and crunch the numbers...
BUT I feel better. Stronger, and walking is all that
more easy < Not right after the last few second mad-dash
to the 5 minute finish line>.
I hope everyone is still with it...and looking and feeling
better....

PS: For April 2011 I am going to Tension 6 for the GNWB
