WELL ???? How's it going ??? ...As I direct myself to those of
the Un-Official OM Health Club, and GNWB Club ????
Just thought, I'd peddle in here, with the changes I made for myself
for the month of March <again>. Yes...mentioned before I set the
tension higher, and now I have caught up to and passed that mark
I set for myself, and next month, I might be setting the tension
higher. Of course the figures for March 2011 are not in, but
we are getting to the end of the month, and I have found as others
reported the same results. but I know things are better then when
I started ...or also when WE as a group started.
Even noted on Skype ... I think one of our members.... looks better
and... well he will not blab with me passed 1 hour, cuz of our
"3" hour blab, late in the evning for him..hahahahaha
Gotta get going....Need for some reason a battery in my watch
but for some reason the owner of the store gave me the wrong one.
SO .... hope you all are still with me.... as we puff along...hahahaha
